Nick is a skilled intelligence analyst and security risk manager with operational experience in public and private sectors. As a former British Army military intelligence operator and senior manager in a private security company, Nick spent many years in complex post-conflict environments managing a disparate and geographically diverse team, ensuring the delivery of high quality periodic and ad hoc assessments for government and private sector clients. More recently, Nick has been a senior manager in a large multinational organisation fulfilling security, intelligence and risk management roles. As such he has extensive knowledge in intelligence requirements, products, architecture and doctrine; personnel and asset protection, including travel security and executive protection; security and human rights best practice; crisis management and risk management doctrine and application.
Rich is an ex UK law enforcement cyber-crime officer with a number of years in the private sector as a cybersecurity professional and IT security architect. He has been involved in a large number of complex cybercrime investigations and is now in a senior role at a multimational looking after Cyber security. He puts particular emphasis on understanding how a cyber-criminal can attack a company and exfiltrate data rather than just following a particular checklist in an information security standard.
